Live Training, User Guides and Demos

SpeakSpace offers free live training for all web products (Unified Meeting, WebEx, Adobe and more). If you would like to request a private training session for you and/or your colleagues, please e-mail sales@speakspace.com with your request.   You must have an activated account with us, and we’ll need three dates and times you’re available.  The session takes one hour and follow up sessions are also available.

SpeakSpace also provides free training for our online account management portal, TCCOnline.  This portal provides direct access to your account features, recordings, meetings, usage reports, conference codes, and management tools for your company admin.  Please contact sales@speakspace.com to request a training session.

In addition to live training sessions, we also provide user guides and online demos as supplemental support.  However, in order to receive the most complete and comprehensive instruction, the live training is highly recommended as your first step in learning all the tools our web products provide.
