Typically, your new account will be activated the same day, and as quickly as 30 minutes if you click on “rush my application” when signing up. After completing the online signup form, You will receive a welcome email containing your account details and instructions, from accounts@speakspace.com. Since your conference codes are reusable, you may begin hosting conference calls and/or online meetings right away, and anytime you need them, 24/7.

If you signed up and didn’t receive a welcome email from accounts@speakspace.com within 30 minutes, it may be in your junk folder. If it’s not in your junk mail, you can call sales at 866-257-1425, option 1 or e-mail accounts@speakspace.com with your contact information.


Billing

We require a valid credit card in order to process the new account. The credit card is used for validation purposes only. We bill in arrears for actual usage and charge per-minute, per-connection for standard audio & web accounts. Each month you will receive an invoice via U.S. mail, which includes all account usage details for that month. If you prefer to be automatically billed by credit card, or have other special billing requests, just contact us at 866-257-1425, option 3 or billing@speakspace.com.

You may cancel your per-minute account at any time by e-mailing sales@speakspace.com or calling 866-257-1425, option 1. Annually contracted accounts (unlimited usage web conferencing plans) may be cancelled by contacting us 30 days prior to the expiration date by calling us at the number above or e-mailing sales@speakspace.com.

Using My New SpeakSpace Services

  • All you need to start a reservationless conference call is a phone. Use the toll free dial-in number listed on your welcome e-mail and follow the prompts. You’ll be asked to enter your conference code and if you’re a leader, the leader PIN.
  • You can start an online meeting with a computer and an Internet connection. As the leader you’ll need to download the Call Manager application or Unified Meeting 5 software for desktops, or the SmartMeet app for mobile devices. Download now.

You can access your Reservationless Audio account information online at https://speakspace.tcconline.com Once you are logged in, you have the ability to schedule and start meetings, add/change audio features, archive your conference, run reports, add users, and more! You can also change features by contacting support at 866-238-4325, option 1, or just e-mail sales@speakspace.com. Have your owner number handy for identification purposes.

We offer the most international toll-free, dial-out and local toll conference call services by country/location, on the market! For more information, dialing instructions or rates, contact sales@speakspace.com, or 866-257-1425, option 1.

If you experience trouble during a conference call, you can flag an operator for live troubleshooting by pressing *0 (group) or 00 (private) on your phone keypad. For web support, you can e-mail directly from the web interface during a live meeting, or call 877-769-7229. You can also call 866-238-4325, option 1 for both audio and web support.

Only the presenter needs to download Unified Meeting 5, the online meeting software. Participants can join your online meeting through a web browser, which means if they are just a participant, there's no need for them to install. If you want them to present during the meeting, they will need to download the client. Download now.

As a host/presenter, you will need to download Unified Meeting 5. In order to install, you will need to enter your log in details which are provided on your welcome email. The easiest way to download is right from the e-mail, but basic log in instructions are as follows:

  1. Go to: http://www.meetingconnect.net
  2. Enter your login and password
  3. Click “Start Meeting”
  4. Enter your information in the browser page
  5. Select how you want to join the audio portion of the call. You can have Unified Meeting 5 call you or you can separately dial into the call.
  6. Click “Start Meeting” and your online meeting will begin.

One of the greatest benefits of online meetings is the ability to share visuals with meeting participants. Our online meeting software allows you run a slide show, share spreadsheets and other documentation, and basically host anything on your computer virtually with your attendees. They’ll be able to see all of your mouse movements and actions. A video window allows you to see your host/attendees via webcam. You can even pass control to them for real time edits.
