Payment Processing


We accept credit/debit cards via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express on our primary website SpeakSpace.com. Customers will be charged immediately upon order processing. SpeakSpace does NOT store any payment profiles for any customers directly on our website. For security purposes, all payment transaction are conducted via a third party insured payment service vendor.


**NOTE** Products ordered via Amazon, Walmart Marketplace or other vendor services will follow the payment terms of such marketplace.


Payment Declined?


There may be several reasons:

·      Payment information incorrectly entered

·      Debit or Credit Card may be locked

·      Expired Debit or Credit Card

·      Canceled Debit or Credit Card

·      Issuing bank did not authorize the transaction


If you believe any of the above issues are preventing your order from being completed, please reach out to your bank for further instructions and directions.

Easy 14-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to SpeakSpace within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return online or by phone.

If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

Fill out the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request to get the process started.


Pack, Label & Ship

Replace item(s) and invoice in original manufacturer's packaging and affix return labels securely.

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, SpeakSpace reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. Returned items must match the serial number associated with the purchase. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. SpeakSpace can only refund the price at purchase. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Nonreturnable Items

·         Opened TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger — original packaging cannot be unsealed

·         Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed

·         Electronic software downloads

·         Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)

·         Any computers built or modified by SpeakSpace to customer specifications

·         Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable

·         Underwater equipment that has been submerged

·         Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books


Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items will need to be replaced via the manufacturer of that specific item. Please locate the paperwork inside the original packaging and contact the manufacturer support to coordinate replacement.

Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 48 hours of Delivery date and returned immediately for replacement or refund.


Exchanges are usually shipped with 3-5 days the damaged product received back at SpeakSpace. If a product is out of stock we will shit the replacement product upon restocking.


Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note, we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.


Limited Liability

SpeakSpace is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. SpeakSpace is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or password unlocked before sending back to SpeakSpace for return.
